Support the effort of providing bestâinâclass service to our clients by preparing work orders and packages for shipment so that the material gets to our clients safely and in a timely manner.

　　Examine the materials or products to confirm quantity, description and code / part numbers in order to ensure accuracy of the material received or products preparing to ship.

　　Locate and distribute any material, equipment or supplies needed by the Fabrication, Production and Field Service departments in order to complete jobs and to ensure onâtime shipment of our products.

　　Effectively communicate with various departments such as Procurement, Engineering, Fabrication and Production to ensure parts are received as needed to maintain efficient throughput.

　　Decrease the cycle time of our products by assisting the Material Coordinator with inventory by performing cycle counts.

　　Use  mechanical knowledge to  operate equipment such as  forklift in  order to  move or  store  received parts, equipment or supplies in the correct location.

　　Accurately enter receipt information into the AS400 system in a timely manner to ensure the efficient process of invoices through our Accounting department.

　　 1â2 years of shipping and receiving experience, preferred.
