The position
By joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to:
Ensure that a set of controls are set in place and monitored to guarantee adherence to Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) requirements.
Provide support to the PSA focal point leader on delivering improved project results regarding Cost Oil Recovery, Profit Oil calculations and compliance.
Prepare monthly stakeholders’ meetings, reporting main results, KPIs risks and improvement actions status.
Identify and raise improvement opportunities or risks that should be prioritized regarding adherence to PSA.
Interface and discuss with other business areas (Technical, Finance, Procurement, Legal, License Management and others) inputs, critical issue to ensure compliance with different requirements of the PSA.
Verify and ensure quality and compliance to Notices and Ballots that are prepared for partnership submission, following the appropriate process and requirements, interacting with different Equinor departments.
Control and store all information regarding contracts and its approval process are properly documented on the appropriate systems for audit readiness.
Promote knowledge and training to the Equinor organization regarding Production Sharing Agreements, process requirements and best management practices.
Support maintenance and control of centralized database.

A bachelorsin Business Administration, Accounting,Economy.
Intermediate Englishisrequired.
Experience incost control, finance, commercial.
Reporting and Controllingis an advantage.
Experience inO&G industry in Brazil and Joint Venture.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g.: Excel, Power Point, Power BI) andSAP.
Analytical skills.
