　　Warehouse Operations Coordinator - Shipping and Receiving Associate :

　　Control warehouse inventory by coordinating movement of product from production to warehouse to shipping.

　　Pick-up product by monitoring production; loading and moving product

　　Store product in designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements; update product location database

　　Prepare product for shipment by verifying location; direct product movement to staging area; resolve problems

　　Verify product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjust entries

　　Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintain relevant databases

　　Monitor inventory by completing counts as required

　　Create and keep track of all needed purchase orders

　　Provide administrative support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.

　　Provide administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

　　Qualifications :

　　High School diploma or Associate’s degree

　　Experience with Microsoft Office ( specifically Microsoft Excel )
