General Purpose: Our team of Shipping and Receiving Clerks are responsible for shipping out customer orders and coordination with carriers.

　　Essential Functions:

　　Prepares daily shipments according to client specifications

　　Verifies shipments received match packing slips

　　Loads and unloads trailers

　　Completes training and maintains license for Forklift

　　Maintains inventory accuracy and resolves inventory discrepancies

　　Ensures deliveries get to appropriate department/recipient

　　Performs other job duties as assigned

　　Requirements:

　　High school diploma or G.E.D.

　　Minimum 1 year forklift driving experience

　　Minimum 1 year parcel shipping system experience (UPS/FedEx)

　　Minimum 1 year inventory management software experience

　　Minimum 1 year scanning/barcoding experience

　　Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

　　Intermediate math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

　　Intermediate computer skills (email, word processing, etc.)

　　Ability to work overtime as needed; overtime may be required during busy periods

　　Ability to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation
