　　We currently have a contract to permanent hire opening for a highly-skilled Receptionist in Downtown Dallas, TX. This dynamic and creative company offers a stimulating work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in the Downtown Dallas, Texas region. 　　How you will make an impact

　　Manage various office files and provide general office filing support

　　Be an asset to other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

　　Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures

　　Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies

　　Create a welcoming environment for visitors

　　Oversee and answer all incoming phone calls

　　Employ strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

　　Manage various office files and provide general office filing support

　　Requirements

　　Optimistic, perceptive, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Answering Multi-Line Phone System

　　Adeptness in Manage Vendor Relationships

　　Expertise in conference room setup & cleanup

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Receptionist Duties

　　Deep understanding of Conference Rooms

　　General familiarity with Facilities Coordinator

　　Foundational knowledge in Reserving Conference Rooms

　　Incoming phone call management skills required

　　Strong time management and organizational skills

　　Great attention to detail

　　Customer service and office administrative skills

　　Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
