About Shift Manager (AM or PM)

　　A Shift Manager reports to the Restaurant Manager and is responsible for the oversight of their shift, either Morning or Evening. A successful Shift Manager is responsible for the training and coaching of Crew Members throughout their shift to execute Dunkin' standards and deliver a great and friendly Guest Experience. Shift Managers set goals, provide job assignments, motivate others, provide feedback, and are integral in building and promoting the "People First" culture of the restaurant. Required qualifications: 18 years or older
