Description:

　　Sheet metal mechanics are performing aircraft customization and modification on Bombardier Globals and king air aircrafts.

　　Job duties include assemble, create assembly structures and minor part-fitting operations such as filing, sawing, burring, trimming, framing, riveting, drilling and reaming. Translate blueprints into fabrications of structural assemblies to include basic layout, precision drilling, countersinking and the use of calibrated tools, align parts on jigs and aerospace vehicles using templates and fixtures, measure parts with micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions. Modify incomplete and complete assemblies.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　6+ years experience performing sheet metal and heavy structural modifications.

　　Must have own tools (tools bust be etched inventoried, and shadowed)
