We are looking for you, a Product Development Processes (m/f/diverse) to support our area Business Area ContiTech at the location Northeim.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

Developing design process for each functional PD group in alignment with Technology and Quality

Developing training-guides and presentations of the design process

Creating, maintaining and adapting development processes in the regional/local product life cycle (PLC), reducing work instructions to the limit

Project Manager for Product Development in the IEMEA

Participating in the RE (Requirement Engineering) Team Group

Ensuring that organization policies are understood and properly interpreted and administered in the region

Safeguard compliance with legal, safety and quality regulations

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Technical knowledge of elastomer products is a plus

Intercultural knowledge and sensibility

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and Microsoft Visio

Structured and analytical thinking

Self motivated and eager to grow
