　　We are looking for a resourceful, passionate, dedicated marketing professional with strong proposal writing skills and initiative to join our Southern California team. As a member of our team, you have an opportunity to collaborate with outstanding and talented technical, marketing, and client development professionals to win new business and cultivate an outstanding client experience.

　　This is a hybrid opportunity with the flexibility to report out of our Los Angeles, Inland Empire, or Orange County locations.

　　Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

　　Manage multiple marketing projects with competing deadlines.

　　Collaborate with project managers and/or pursuit champions to plan, coordinate, design, edit, and produce strategic, high-quality submittals to RFQ/P responses.

　　Facilitate strategic discussions on how to increase win rate based on competitor and client research.

　　Aid and actively participate in event planning and organization of tradeshows/conferences/community involvement/client appreciation gift efforts.

　　Maintain, utilize, and champion CRM efforts.

　　Partner with corporate marketing to create and update promotional materials and digital marketing efforts.

　　Collaborate with technical teams on developing interview strategy and collateral.

　　Work with office leadership to develop office/regional marketing plan.

　　Support miscellaneous marketing requests and firm initiatives.

　　Support office marketing mix (pursuit/proposal development, digital marketing, and brand awareness).

　　Monitor/identify proposal opportunities (lead retrieval sites, Capital Improvement Programs(CIP), Dodge, etc.)

　　Generate business intelligence reports from CRM, Business Intelligence (Power BI), ProjectXchange (PxT), and other internal marketing systems.

　　Create and maintain local/regional marketing materials including custom collateral, presentations, resumes, project descriptions, and standard narratives.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related degree and 4 years of marketing and communications experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).

　　Excellent writing and proofreading skills.

　　Participation in mentoring; attend and participate in relevant industry workshops.

　　Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history

　　Based in Los Angeles, Inland Empire, or Orange County and hybrid (2 days a week in office)

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Previous experience in A/E/C industry is strongly preferred.

　　Strong understanding of go/no-go and proposal process.

　　Ability to manage multiple project deadlines.

　　Adept at working well with various types of personalities and work styles.

　　Experience with a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system is a plus.

　　CPSM Certification.
