About SharkNinja Retail Demo Expert (Part Time)

DESCRIPTION

Are you energetic and a people-person who can strike up a conversation with almost anyone you meet? Are you a technology enthusiast, knowledgeable, determined, and interested in the newest advancements in home goods and/or consumer electronics? We are currently seeking a highly driven, professional leader to become a Part-Time SharkNinja Expert within Best Buy retail locations, who will demonstrate and sell the most exciting and desired small electronic kitchen and home appliance items!

The Part-Time SharkNinja Expertwill be expected to empower the consumer by sharing their expert knowledge and advanced customer service skills to promote and sell the newest home consumer goods (such as vacuums, blenders, etc).

Weekly Schedule: Saturday - Sunday, 16hrs/wk

Pay Rate: $30/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Part-Time SharkNinja Expert Will:

Passion for sales, engaging with customers, and facilitating solutions based demonstrations

Managing overall sales performance within storefronts by serving as the in-store guru and effectively creating an environment that will lead to a differentiating experience for customers

Drive sales of SharkNinja products by showcasing proprietary technologies, product features and benefits, training retail salespeople, creating advocacy, and maintaining merchandising standards.

Conduct consumer facing activities to meet sales goals, selling end to end with consumers including POS transaction processing

Build and maintain strong working relationships with all internaland external partners, including Mosaic management, peers, client sand in-store personnel including high-level management

Execute product training and demos for sales associates and retailpartners to build advocacy and facilitate consumer engagement and sales

Build SharkNinja brand presence through maintenance of merchandising and displays

Provide competitive insights to Mosaic management as requested

Complete all administrative tasks and on-going personal training in a timely manner

Other duties as assigned

The candidate's success will be measured by:

Sales and training performance metrics

Adherence to accurate/timely reporting within Mosaic and BBY systems

Other factors such as impact on customer returns/retention, positive interpersonal communication skills, enthusiastic and friendly attitude, cleanliness of space, etc.

KPIs and overall expectations will be fully outlined during training, with a clear path and support to achieve goals

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be tech-savvy and demoing consumer goods products

Previous experience in a retail sales environment with required knowledge of “Point of Sale” and/or cash register transactions.

Strong customer service skills with ability to offer after-sales customer support and influence customer retention

Independent and motivated team player

Abilityto stand comfortably for up to 8 hours a day

Regular physical activity may be required (e.g., setting up promotional material, lifting up to 25lbs)

Ability to work a very flexibleretail schedule, hours may vary

Must have the ability to commute to assigned store and arrive on time for assigned shift(s)

Daily access to internet/email

Food Handler’sCertification required
