At least 10+ years of experience, within the last six (6) years, performing architectural design, implementation, migration, and administration in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and use of SharePoint hybrid architectures during cloud migration.

　　At least (5) years of experience designing and developing custom solutions on Microsoft Power Platform with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.

　　Desirable Technical Qualifications:

　　It is desirable for the proposed project person to have the following listed experience, knowledge, skills and abilities as evidenced.

　　Skill Summary:

　　Ability to train SharePoint staff, application developers, site administrators, and end users to work effectively with existing and planned SharePoint frameworks.

　　Experience with Nintex, ShareGate.

　　Experience with migrating on prem SharePoint, Access, and file share content and functionality to SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Platform including reusable design concepts and industry standards.

　　Experience with Azure Machine Learning and Azure Data Factory.
