Ensure tenant scheduling and billing is up to date and accurate.
Schedule and conduct tours with prospective tenants.
On-board new tenants into the kitchen.
Perform routine inspections on kitchen equipment to ensure properfunction.
Conduct routine inspections of tenant supplies to ensure nothing is outof date.
Ensure tenants are up to date on all certifications required by the cityof Chicago.
Schedule routine maintenance for kitchen equipment.
Perform routine deep cleans of the kitchen.
Ensure tenants are adhering to kitchen and Envision policies.
Ordering of needed kitchen supplies such as cleaning supplies.
Facilitate food handler training with Envision members.
Ensure kitchen exceeds requirements to pass city health inspections.
Support Envision events as needed. This may include: coordinating withprogram director and others, purchasing and preparation of food, servingfood while ensuring food safety requirements are being met, working withEnvision members with food handler certification, on-site set up,post-event cleaning, etc..
Provide culinary instruction to Envision food handlers.
Maintain accurate inventory of kitchen small wares.
Other duties as assigned.
