One of Kforce's financial services clients is seeking an ITSM & Release Manager to join their team. The ITSM & Release Manager will have a strong ITIL background inclusive of change, problem and incident management, superb understanding of infrastructure and application architecture and dependencies, and leadership experience.
Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering
7 to 10 years of experience in ITIL Service Management functions including Release and Change Management
Experience across all facets of infrastructure service delivery, including Infrastructure Demand and Capacity Management, Change and Release Management, Infrastructure Technical Project Management, etc.
Proficiency in ServiceNowx
Knowledge of financial services industry or willingness to learn
ServiceNow and/or ITIL V4 Foundation certifications preferred
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
