  Job Description

  Essential Responsibilities

  Reports to Regional Services Operations Manager. Works hand in hand with Resource Managers / Fleet Managers / Sales Managers.

  . Exceeding fulfillment in terms of EHS, Quality, and Delivery.

  . Execute, manages and delivers services projects (Upgrades, Rotating Machines parts, Service contracts)

  . Manages a team of field engineers to execute work at customer sites.

  . Coordinates and drives with relevant parties, (Engineering, Suppliers, 3rd party)

  . Ensure field engineers are operating per EHS standards and company policy

  . Ensure timely delivery of service to customers (Field Service / Warranty / Parts etc)

  . Ensure timely submissions of field engineers (timesheets / Expenses / Reports)

  . Ensure preparation of Price Summaries following Billable Site Work

  . Work with peers on internal POs & invoices following company policy

  . Ensure Site / Customer issues logged (Case Management) and escalated as required

  . Smartserve Case management from Open/acceptance through to closure

  . Point of contact for Service Site teams / Fleet Manager and customer

  . Assist Services ITO for Site work estimates

  . Measure Quality/OTD/awareness for all projects with FSE deployed

  . Plan Schedule/costs on LTSA/projects to maintain customer relationship

  . Periodic and clear communications with customer on timesheets / Costs/periodic reports.

  . Identify change orders and B&B opportunities

  . Ensure FSE deployed fully recoverable

  . Margin recovery through efficiency & lower costs

  . Drive awareness of project goals and objectives to the services team backing the project

  . Assume Site Manager duties on small designated projects

  . Prepare FSE for Site deployments, ensure premobilisation are created and clear

  . Manages One OTR handover on completion.

  . Site Services setup (EHS Outage Plans, Schedules, resource plans, CMR review, Documentation & quality review, FSE reporting, deliver project to customer, handover projects to Services)

  Qualifications

  . Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Diploma with relevant experience.

  . Proven record executing commissioning and services jobs at customer site.

  . Proven successful management record working with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and own site teams is essential.

  . Travelling is required.

  . Ability to manage project financing / costs calculations / making decisions

  Experience

  . Must have practical commissioning or services background in one of disciplines Rotating Machines, Power systems, Drive systems, Dynamic Positioning or Automation Systems

  . Previous site and team management experience.

  . Good command with SAP

  . Some knowledge of programming techniques and languages is a plus.

  . Good command in MS Office. Able to run data queries and reports.

  . Good personal organization / administrative skills

  Personal Qualities

  . Effective communication skills, written and verbal in English.

  . Self-Motivated, dynamic and a team leader.

  . Able to work with others with minimal backing in a customer facing environment. This is a highly demanding role frequently working under pressure.

  . Customer focused.
