　　Roles and Responsibilities

　　Continue to assess the ongoing health risks in GE Vernova Japan sites and work closely with Operations and Environmental, Health and Safety as well as Local and regional regulators to ensure compliance for duty of care. This position is for a fixed term employee.

　　Management and coordination of the Japan Medical Examinations (Regular checkups, special checkups, health checkups for overworked workers, etc.)日本健康診断（定期健診、特殊検診、過重労働者健康診断等）の管理、調整

　　Management of health checkup follow-up measures and health guidance健康診断事後措置の管理おより保健指導

　　Implementation and coordination of statutory stress checks法令ストレスチェックの実施、調整

　　Professional backing for the Health and Safety Committee at each site and support for industrial physicians (Patrols, screening decisions, etc.)各事業所の安全委衛生委員会に対する専門的支援および産業医への支援（巡視、検診判定等）

　　Provision of services in conjunction with external organizations such as Health Insurance Association and external EAP periods健康保険組合や外部EAP期間などの外部団体と連携したサービス提供

　　Health management of injury and sickness employees and coordination with related parties傷病社員の健康管理および関係者への調整

　　Development of emergency response processes at each business site各事業所における救急対応プロセスの整備

　　Facilitate HealthAhead (GE Health Promotion Program) Businessヘルスアへッド（GE健康促進プログラム）事業ファフィリテーション

　　Program implementation in collaboration with global medical team (Medical scorecard reporting, conducting proper medical examinations for field service employees, etc.) Various health consultations for employeesグローバルメディカルチームと連携したプログラム実施（メディカルスコアーカード報告、フィールドサービス社員の適正健康診断実施など）

　　A qualified public health nurseExperienced as a public health nurse in a companyExcellent communication, facilitation, and interactive skillsWork with GE's Vernova Corporate Medical team, EHS, and Human Resources to drive corporate, business and country / region specific health initiativesBusiness-level English communication
