As an ServiceNow Sales Specialist you will contribute to this by growing our award winning practice through new logo acquisition expanding Fujitsu’s footprint in the ever expanding ServiceNow ecosystem.
Your role will involve.
Prospecting: Identifying and researching potential clients or customers who might benefit from the company's products or services.
Lead Generation: Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
Building Relationships: Cultivating relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how the company's offerings can address those needs.
Sales Presentations: Delivering presentations or pitches to showcase the company's products or services, highlighting their value and benefits.
Negotiation: Negotiating terms, prices, and agreements to close sales while ensuring they align with the company's goals and profitability.
Closing Deals: Converting leads into customers by successfully completing the sales process, obtaining signed contracts, and facilitating the onboarding process.
Post-Sale Relationship Management: Following up with customers, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining ongoing relationships to foster loyalty and potentially secure repeat business or referrals.
Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting and Analysis: Keeping detailed records of sales activities, tracking progress against targets, and providing regular reports to management regarding sales performance and forecasts.
Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and improve the overall customer experience
Your transferable skills and experience:
Communication Skills: The ability to articulate product/service features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and persuasively is essential. Active listening is equally important to understand client needs.
Negotiation Skills: Being adept at negotiating terms, prices, and contracts while ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company.
Networking Abilities: Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, industry contacts, and decision-makers can significantly impact sales success.
Product/Service Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the product/service being offered, including its features, advantages, and market positioning, is vital for effective selling.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
Time Management: Prioritising leads, managing a sales pipeline, and allocating time effectively between prospects is essential for maximising productivity.
Adaptability: Being open to learning and adapting to changes in market trends, customer preferences, and sales techniques.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and other tech solutions that streamline the sales process and enhance efficiency.
Analytical Skills: Utilising data to analyse sales performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve strategies.
Presentation Skills: The ability to create and deliver compelling presentations that engage and guide and advise potential clients.
Empathy and Relationship Building: Developing genuine connections with clients, understanding their needs, and building trust are critical for long-term relationships.
