Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a “concierge” model for on-boarding new employees, including company orientation and job orientation• Manage performance review process• Review the industry accreditation and compliance regulations to ensure HR practices meet current requirements• Update HR policies & procedures regularly• Support field operations with:• Leave Management• Employee relations/conflict management• Recruiting• Recognition and development programs• Job descriptions• Exit interviews and analysis• Acquisition integration• Other HR initiatives or special projects as assigned
Qualifications
• 5 years HR Generalist or specialist experience, or equivalent combination of education & experience• Working knowledge of HR laws, practices, policies and models• Ability to handle multiple priorities with appropriate level of urgency• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor based on organization level• Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on service to support our branches• Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and excellent working knowledge of HR systems• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or related field• Certificate in Human Resources preferred (PHR, SPHR or university certification)
