　　JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Construction Project Manager operating mainly in Germany and other countries for the brands of EssilorLuxottica with specific reference to: Ray-Ban, Oakley, Oliver People, David Clulow, Sunglass-Hut, Apollo Optik, Smart Eyes and others.

　　Oversee planning, detail design and construction engineering for Luxottica Brands Retail Stores.

　　Work closely with Design Corporate Team, based in Milan HQ.

　　Select local consultants and permit expeditors suitable for the project, sourced from corporate vendor list of Luxottica procurement department

　　Undertake construction engineering design on new and remodel projects with support of local consultants.

　　Manage relations with Local Authorities / Malls / Airports / Outlets centers involved in the project.

　　Prepare reports, specifications, technical analysis to fully define the design requirements, equipment and services required

　　Provide technical direction within engineering design, building design, layouts, build details, schedules and materials.

　　Define project scope, goals and deliverables, create schedule and project timelines, define tasks and required resources.

　　Estimate the cost of single projects in advance, based on the benchmark prices of previous projects.

　　Manage budget assigned, allocate project resources and coordinate dedicated team of designers, R&D managers, consultants and local country stakeholders.

　　Lead quality assurance, through off-site preliminary factory checks and on-site visits.

　　Monitor and report on project process, track deliverables.

　　Share with stakeholders reports on progresses as well as problems and solutions.

　　Implement and manage process changes when necessary to meet updated outputs.

　　Evaluate and assess result of project.

　　AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

　　A Delivering of Retail Stores: Deliver the Retail Store to the related market with the three main scopes: on time, on budget, on quality.

　　B Construction Budget: Budget cost evaluation and control and timing for the construction

　　C Quality of the Execution: quality of execution of the store and Snag completion after opening

　　D Effectiveness of the Communication: communicate and transfer the main construction constraints and achievements to related market and stakeholders.

　　NETWORK OF INTERACTION:

　　INTERNAL : Construction Dept, Logistics Dept, Procurement Dept, Planning Dept, Finance Depart

　　EXTERNAL : General Contractors, Local Consultants, Permit Expeditors, Material Suppliers (IT, Digital, TVCC, Sound, etc), Landlords representatives.

　　The Project Manager Coordinator will be the responsible of the team of Construction Project Managers. While every department scope will be limited to its specific function, it is duty of the Project Manager Coordinator is to collect the flow of information and converge it into to the project phases since the design to the realization and commissioning.

　　TECHNICAL SKILLS – PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

　　Engineering / Architectural Master Degree or equivalent

　　5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management

　　Experience in coordinating a team of resources under direct report.

　　Strong sense of commitment toward assigned targets and Technical Proficiency and experience in managing internal resources under direct report.

　　Teamwork Orientation and Organizational capabilities

　　Construction Site Organizational capabilities and capacity of Reporting with clarity.

　　Problem Solving / Analysis
