Técnico de Serviço Associado - Service Technician Associate

　　OBJETIVOS:

　　O Técnico de Serviço Associado será responsável por diagnosticar, reparar e testar com precisão os equipamentos de detecção de gás de propriedade interna em tempo hábil, com a mais alta qualidade e de acordo com as políticas e procedimentos do ISC.

　　Deveres e responsabilidades essenciais:

　　Diagnosticar e reparar equipamentos de detecção de gás em tempo hábil com foco na qualidade

　　Seguir os Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (SOP) do Departamento de Serviços

　　Comunicar problemas de processo ou produto conforme necessário

　　Buscar proativamente a melhoria contínua dos processos do Departamento de Atendimento (Kaizen)

　　Manter uma área de trabalho limpa, segura e funcional (6-S)

　　QUALIFICAÇÕES NECESSÁRIAS (Não negociáveis):

　　Morar próximo a Ouro Branco, MG

　　Grau de associado de dois anos em eletrônica ou experiência equivalente

　　Conhecimentos básicos de informática e digitação

　　Boa capacidade de comunicação

　　Habilidades básicas de soldagem

　　Conhecimentos de montagem mecânica

　　Muito organizado e capaz de realizar múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente

　　Fortes habilidades interpessoais

　　Habilidades de solução de problemas

　　QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERIDAS (Negociáveis):

　　Conhecimento básico de Sistemas de Suporte ISC (iNet Systems, Salesforce.com)

　　Experiência em reparo de PCBs de montagem em superfície

　　Capacidade de usar ferramentas de medição padrão e equipamentos eletrônicos de diagnóstico

　　Capacidade de solucionar problemas em nível de componente

　　Experiência em atendimento de excelência ao cliente

　　Conhecimento de monitoramento de gases tóxicos e explosivos
