We consistently rank among the country's top firms in education, corrections, highways, bridges, rail and mass transit.We consistently rank in the top CM firms nationwide.Project ExecutiveProvides lead responsibility and accountability to the firm (Operations Manager) and to the client for the overall performance and success of a project(s) to which he/she is assigned.Participates in activities related to business development, client negotiations, staff management and development.Key measures of performance are how the customer satisfaction, project schedule, project budget, safety, and quality control compare to the work plan developed at the outset of the project and as may be outlined in the agreement with the client.Assures STV project staffing resources are in line with established project budgets and alert client in a timely manner regarding any additional scope of services required.Participates in activities related to STV's new business development including proposals, interviews, scope, budget and fee planning.Becomes fully versed in the requirements of the Client/STV agreement of any project being assigned to.Provides support in the Client/STV contract negotiation process.Provides client relation management.Develops and executes a plan by which the requirements of the contract and the goals of the project are met or exceeded and the project earnings are realized or enhanced.Defines roles, specific responsibilities, and expectations of each member of the project staff in accordance with the project organization chart.Provides the staff with the resources necessary to meet those expectations.Assures that all of the requirements and goals of the project are supported in the structure of the staff and the specific duties and responsibilities assigned.Assures project staffing meets contractual obligations & requirements.Requirements:Minimum of 15 years of related experienceA four-year degree in building construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field, as well as a minimum of ten years of related experience.A team oriented and creative approach to problem solvingA track record of successful project delivery within the Life Science industry and the ability to provide senior level leadershipDemonstrated ability to drive new business opportunities and manage client and industry relationshipsAn understanding of how to manage and empower multiple STV teams on a consistent basis.Outstanding interpersonal and business communication skillsCompensation Range:$160,732.00 - $214,309.00Don't meet every single requirement?
