  Aperçu du poste

  Votre priorité est d’assurer les visites de contrôle des appareils et de vous assurer leur bon fonctionnement. En tant que leader, vous assurez également un rôle d’adjoint technique du manager chantier. Otis développe son activité et recherche un leader maintenance (H/F) pour intégrer une de nos entités située à Le Cannet.

  Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez

  Organiser les tournées journalières de visites et de contrôles

  Vérifier les organes de sécurité de l’installation

  Diagnostiquer des pannes en support aux techniciens et détecter des dysfonctionnements futurs

  Gérer les interventions d’urgence (accident, panne technique ou usagers bloqués)

  Dépanner ou Installer des manœuvres spéciales (type FPD, EFO..) avec le support d’un leader supérieur/d’un expert technique

  Assister le manager chantier dans ses missions techniques

  Organiser les taches de maintenance ou de dépannage en l’absence du manager chantier

  Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

  Vous justifiez d’une première expérience de 3 à 5 ans en réparation ou installation, de préférence dans le secteur des ascenseurs.

  Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en électricité, électrotechnique et mécanique.

  Vous êtes à l’aise dans l’utilisation des outils électroniques et digitaux.

  Vous êtes à l’aise dans l’échange et la communication

  Curieux(se), adaptable, vous savez travailler seul(e) comme en équipe
