　　Overview

　　As a Service Operations Specialist on our Technology team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and stability of the Identity & Authentication major authentication platforms. The main function of this role is to perform monitoring of the platforms and identify underlying performance and reliability issue. You will be supporting, tracking and resolving production technical issues and you will have experience of ITIL Service management tools such as ITIL. Working closely with Level 2 Operations and Development, you will ensure releases into production are successful and support existing user acceptance testing (UAT) and development environments.

　　What You'll Do

　　Provide L2 Production Support for Identity & Authentication Security platforms

　　Being responsible for the integrity and security of the production environment

　　Be authoritative for production incidents and problem resolution. Manage the security and compliancy of the production environment

　　Manage the JAX Internal L2 support team

　　Facilitate with internal and external Audit requirements

　　Ensure that Disaster Recovery planning is performed and executed

　　Skills You'll Need

　　Relevant experience in financial institution in providing Information Technology (IT) support and dealing with business users on support or requirement gathering

　　Getting things done in large organizations - understanding of where to use processes and how to build and operate a network

　　Work across countries, regions and time zones with a broad range of cultures and technical capability

　　Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience and with executive levels. Relationship management skills. Experience working with virtual and global teams / Intercultural awareness

　　Broad ITIL / best practice service context within a real time distributed environment (ITIL v3 foundation desired)

　　Skills That Will Help You Excel

　　excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

　　ITIL Service Operations - Foundation level at least

　　Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience of supporting complex application and infrastructure domains

　　Investment Banking Experience is preferable

　　Experience with using UNIX, Linux, Wintel, Perl/Shell scripting, as well as ability to write Structured Query Language (SQL) to extract and patch data in Oracle databases. Familiarity with JAVA and Web Technologies. Experience of Monitoring tools such as Geneos, App Dynamics, New Relic and Splunk. Knowledge of managing Kubernetes environments

　　It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
