About Service Operations Associate

  Job Title: Service Operations Associate

  Role Overview:   The Service Operations Associate is responsible for performing

  operations tasks within the Global Service Operations team. This includes activities such as reporting

  & analytics, project support, and providing strategical and tactical

  support to the Professional Services team. Collaboration in this role means

  partnering with the Partner Success Managers, Sales, Finance, and Technology

  teams to coordinate key aspects of the on-boarding and service delivery

  process.

  InThis Role You Will:

  Provide business support toglobal project managers practice directors, and leadership by assistingthrough the various stages of project delivery.

  Manage daily back-endoperations for project creation, maintenance, and closure within Kantata.

  Processcustomer agreements, interpret contract matter, and take appropriateaction to provision necessary changes with internal stakeholders andpartners.

  Provide analysis and reports asrequired by Finance and the Leadership teams as well as own and manage theregular reporting and audit practice.

  Maintenance of the CRM systemsand ensuring data accuracy.

  Assistglobal resourcing team as needed with services staffing internally andexternally with partners.

  Work closely with IT toprovision portals for new clients.

  Assistin deployment design solutions for short (quick hits), medium (processchanges), and long-term (e.g. automation) across Services to ensureconsistent, efficient operations at scale.

  Processwelcome letters to new customers.

  You’veGot What It Takes If You Have:

  Bachelor'sideally or equivalent experience.

  Strongpassion for operations or professional services work with a desire tolearn and develop skills in the area.

  Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal.

  Detail-orientedwith strong organizational and time management abilities.

  Abilityto work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  Teamplayer with a collaborative mindset.

  Priorinternship or relevant work experience is beneficial but not required.

  Proficientknowledge of MS Excel.

  Exposureto CRM systems such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Open Air, MS Project Server,Peoplesoft etc. with an emphasis on

  system integration, data warehousing,and analytics.

  ExtraDose of Awesome If You Have:

  Experiencewith PSA tool such as Kantata
