　　Description:

　　This position will work closely with our Service Department Leader to direct and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Service Department.

　　• Communicating directly with Service Technicians to ensure parts availability for assigned work orders

　　• Maintaining a neat and organized shop and work area

　　• Assisting the Service Department Manager by assigning work hours to Service Technicians to meet customer needs and maximize efficiency.

　　• Managing the process of work orders from start to finish

　　• Communicating directly with the customer regarding estimates, repair authorizations, repair updates, and method of payment for invoices

　　• Working closely with the Parts Department to ensure parts are recorded and invoiced appropriately

　　• Assist with all end of month checklists and reports

　　**CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A DIESEL SERVICE SHOP FOR THIS POSITION

　　7:30AM-5:30PM Monday-Friday
