　　Don's Tractor & Equipment Sales is looking for a dedicated and dependable Service Manager!  Come be a part of our team!

　　Our service manager will be responsible for managing the service department team and handles all customer service interactions, reports and repairs.  They are responsible for setting and maintain customer satisfaction standards, as well as providing a productive and motivated working environment.  They will also need to be intuitive and empathetic to customers and employee needs.  Ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers, third party vendors, employees and returning customers.
