　　Duties & requirements

　　Interns will be guided in how to provide efficient and accurate delivery and pick up of items to and from guest rooms, as directed by the Service Express Command Centre in order to deliver outstanding guest service.

　　In-room dining, luggage services, greeting and escorting guests to and from their room.

　　Responding to guest queries and requests in an efficient and friendly manner whilst ensuring that newspapers, packages and amenities are delivered to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.

　　In performing this role, the successful applicants must demonstrate an outgoing personality and have sound communication skills

　　Has a passion for the hospitality industry and has a know-how of hotel operations

　　A positive attitude and willingness to learn

　　Ideally, interns need to be available for a minimum of four to five months, starting from May and covering until September or October 2024. Preference will be given to interns who will be available to cover the whole 6 month period
