Description
We are currently seeking a Service Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Raleigh area. The primary role will be taking Level 1 tickets, triaging them, and resolving the issues as much as possible. You will also be expected to handle tasks such as AD changes, user deletion, and package deployment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
60% of the time will be spent on the service desk, handling and resolving tickets that come in primarily through email.
40% of the time will be dedicated to system administration tasks and desktop work, including but not limited to deploying packages, making necessary changes in the Active Directory (AD) interface, deleting users, and imaging PCs.
You will also be responsible for providing all-round technical support and undertaking other standard IT Support responsibilities as needed.

Requirements
1-3 years of experience in IT related roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Windows, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365.
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to resolve all tickets if possible, and the discretion to escalate when necessary.
Must be detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality.
