　　Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Provide training and continuing education to technicians on the processes related to job site information collection

　　Ensure that technicians are following SOPs for collection of customer equipment data plate information, pre-task safety planning completion, and completion of proper work done notes

　　Provide technician support, troubleshooting, and corrective support when SOPs are not being followed

　　Review job site information collected, and release equipment reports to sales team where appropriate

　　Review job site information collected, and release after-action reports to customers where appropriate

　　Skills and Abilities:

　　The ideal Service Department Support Administrator will have a background in a service based business in an office support role.

　　Proficient with Apple iPhones and iPads

　　Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook)

　　Education and Experience:

　　Experience in working with iOS devices is required

　　Working knowledge of Office365 products

　　Physical Demands:

　　While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop and kneel.

　　Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.

　　Light to moderate lifting is required.

　　Moderate noise.

　　Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
