Job Description
Service Contracts Specialist:
Reporting into the Customer Order Fulfillment Center, manages contracts with Philips' vendors which includes quote sourcing, PO creation and relationship management.
Your role:Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, and terms & conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies and business unit proceduresAct as liaison with the service business in creating internal purchase ordersCommunicate contract policy and practices to internal business partnersPrepare and administer routine correspondence and contract documentation to ensure timely and coordinated submittalMaintain purchasing records in the ERP systemEnsure all approval and contract documentation are complete and correctly stored in the approved repository and information is accurately entered into SAPAssist sales teams with vendor quotations and contract features as necessary to accelerate the contracting processManage the cancellation of subcontract purchase orders, minimizing business impactConsult with Sales, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable and other internal partners regarding status of pending requests; escalate issues as neededHybrid role You're the right fit if:
You have a Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experienceYou've acquired 4 + years of experience in sales support within a customer service and or contract processing environmentYou have passion for customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous developmentYou are eager to take on new tasks/responsibilities; develops and shares best practicesIn-depth knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.Y ou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position .About Philips
