Your Responsibilities
As Manager, Solutions as a Service Strategy & Communications , for In telligent Solutions Group Urbandale located in Urbandale, IA , you will:
Work with Director and VP level leaders to help shape strategic storytelling and business transformation vision across data, Artificial Intelligence and subscription.
Help drive a strategic understanding of Solutions as a Service and new business models (recurring revenue, install base + active machine strategies, engagement-driven businesses) with the broader John Deere community.
Coordinate, maintain, improve, and lead elements of BT/SaaS overall strategy and communication plan.
Drive clear communication around SaaS offerings that leverage cutting edge technology to create a compelling, understandable, and shareable story across audiences.
Plan and manage communication activities for the BT/SaaS organization and our key partners across the company.
Write or oversee writing of communication materials for the BT/SaaS organization.
Develop the communication strategy and implement related tactics to communicate SaaS strategic plans and goals.
Plan, edit and manage publications or other communication products for the BT/SaaS organization and our key partners across the company.
Plan, organize and facilitate employee meetings to cascade a common message, ensure a culture of transparency and provide a forum for clarification of questions.
