　　At the Conti Machinery (CM), complex and high automated tire building machines are developed and taken into commissioning at the customers plants worldwide. Furthermore, we assist and support the customer in terms of their machine reliability and efficiency with our Service teams. We are looking for a Service and Software technician (m/f/diverse) in our Service Department.

　　In detail your tasks will be:

　　Machine break down support and trouble shooting (24/7)

　　Hard- and Software (HW/SW) setup and commissioning of tire building machines on site at customers plant or remotely

　　Ramp- up support at CM machines incl. cycle time optimization

　　Complex root cause analysis incl. HW/SW debugging and adaptations

　　Complex Software implementation, updates, upgrades and SW roll- outs

　　Supporting of SW-engineering and development at CM

　　Sharing skills and knowledge to operators and C&D engineers and technicians in the tire plants

　　Collaborating and networking with relevant departments in CM, Central and worldwide partners / tire plants

　　Know- How transfer and best practice implementation in the tire plants

　　Technician or Bachelor degree in automation electronics or similar studies

　　Years of experience in automation technology or hard- and software preferable

　　Software and PLC programming and IT capabilities necessary

　　Analytical and structured problem solving skills

　　Strong responsibility and ownership

　　Pro-active attitude

　　a strong teamplayer with a high social competency

　　Business fluent English language skills (both writtten and spoken)

　　Affinity and willingness to travel; up to 30%, (driving license required)
