Description

　　Robert Half is looking for a Cable Technician. This is an onsite position in Savannah, GA.

　　We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cable Technician to join our growing team. In this fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will wear many hats, from expertly installing new equipment to efficiently troubleshooting complex technical issues.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Installation:

　　Install cable lines, and other equipment in commercial settings.

　　Mount associated hardware.

　　Configure and optimize network settings for optimal performance.

　　Conduct signal strength tests and ensure quality connections.

　　Maintenance and Repair:

　　Diagnose and troubleshoot.

　　Repair or replace malfunctioning equipment and cabling.

　　Maintain and upgrade existing cable infrastructure.

　　Customer Service:

　　Provide friendly and professional service to customers, both in person and on the phone.

　　Clearly explain technical information and answer customer questions.

　　Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.

　　Additional Duties:

　　Maintain accurate records of all service calls and completed work.

　　Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.

　　Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

　　Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or equivalent required.

　　Minimum of 1+ year(s) experience as a cable technician or in a related field preferred.

　　Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
