You will lead Target Approval tire developments, manage VAN vehicle realization projects for OEM customers meeting their specific requirements, in both - basic and additional tire performance.

　　You will design experimental VAN tires and test them, furthermore after tire approval - introduce new specification into serial production and maintain performance.

　　Previous experience in rubber industry as advantage

　　Background in Science (Technical university), able to work in English spoken environment

　　Able to coordinate/manage projects & project teams

　　Simulation capabilities highly welcome

　　Able to think rationally and able to work under pressure

　　Good communication skills, English proficiency

　　Willingness to grow and to travel (option of training stay in Hannover)
