Servicing & Cleaning Technician

　　This is a night-shift contract position with pay beginning at $22.84/hr.

　　Responsibilities

　　• To clean the light Rail Vehicle (LRV),(dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning vents etc.) in line with specified Quality procedures. This will require Manual work and working on powered up or close to moving trains in a safe and controlled manner.• To fill the grease tank, wiper liquid tank and sand system with specified Quality Procedures

　　• To carry out such work in accordance with strict Health & Safety procedures as lay down by legislation and the ALSTOM Health & Safety policies.

　　• To work with chemicals if required

　　• To use dedicated tools or equipment to perform the activities.

　　• To remove graffiti without degrading the assets

　　• In case of Accident of Major failure, to participate to the rescue operations of the vehicle

　　• To adhere to Company procedures especially in relation to Quality and Health & Safety

　　• To use computerized system (CMMS and TABS) for operations

　　• To attend regular team briefings

　　• To read reports and manuals as and when required.

　　• To report accidents/incidents.

　　• To respect, clean and maintain his work environment.

　　Candidate Requirements

　　• High School diploma

　　• Work at night or outside will be required

　　• Min Experience of 2 years in a similar roles

　　• Working knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards preferable

　　• Conscientious. Meets proposed deadlines
