  The Service Cloud Content Experience (CX) Team is looking to add an experienced content producer! Our team produces critical documentation and content that helps customers achieve their business goals with our cutting edge customer service products, including new AI features. We work closely with other writers, product managers, engineers, and designers in an Agile development environment to produce in-app assistance, help, guides, interactive training, and videos for administrators, users, and developers. We're passionate about innovating and developing solution-oriented content strategies that deliver the right content, the right way, at the right time.   Required Experience/Skills:

  5+ years of experience documenting software for technical audiencesAbility to write clear, concise, and approachable content and to adapt your voice, tone, and style to the audienceAbility to quickly and independently learn and explain complex technologiesCuriosity about how things work and figuring out how they could work betterHigh standards of quality and attention to detailExcellent problem solverStrong advocate for the customerAbility to create a content strategy for a productAbility to work collaboratively and manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlinesStrong team player with excellent communication skillsBachelor's degree in a technical, communications, or writing field, or equivalent experience

  Desired Experience/Skills:

  Experience with source control software such as Perforce or GitExperience with XML-based authoring tools such as OxygenExperience with DITA and structured authoringExperience with the Agile development environmentExperience in customer service or with customer service applications

  For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $131,300 to $180,500.

  Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
