  About the Team

  The Senior Workplace Experience Specialist will be part of the team to create and implement initiatives to reimagine office space, strengthening hybrid approaches to the work environment to enhance and maintain employee experience. An ideal candidate is a self-starter who is extremely thorough, demonstrates diligence and devotion throughout the entire coordination process from task to project completion. An ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication and customer service skills with the ability to provide customers with quick solutions and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner.

  Role Responsibilities:

  Be part of the team to create and execute initiatives to reimagine office spaceThoroughly conduct daily facilities checks to ensure seamless day to day operations such as cleanliness and appearance upholds high quality standardsEffectively cross collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external to provide the best workplace experience to employees and guestsGreet, host and provide concierge services at our flagship office (San Francisco, CA); front desk management, coordinate meeting details, help organize events, and much more to ensure the physical work environment is conducive to a productive workdayAct as a point person for workplace related questions/concernsOversee building security and safetyOrganize and/or provide physical event setups for internal events (All-Hands, internal events, off-sites, engagement events, team building, etc.) Assist with onboarding, internal moves, and off-boarding of employeesMonitor Jira tickets to ensure high customer satisfactionSupervise the work of outside contractorsProvide regular updates of site and projects to management and stakeholdersAct as a member of the emergency response team; assist with training and real-time incidents. (CPR certification is a plus!)Stock and maintain office supplies, amenities, and swag inventory roomsUpkeep of all areas with special attention to conference rooms, kitchens, and restroomsReceive, sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mailAct as a mentor to other workplace team membersHave a strong skill set in Word, Excel, and Google suiteHave the ability to lift 50 lbs+

  Skills Needed:

  3+ years relevant experience in customer service oriented roles2+ years of facilities experienceOutstanding customer service skills, ensuring the best workplace experience for guests and employeesEffective organizational skills to ensure work spaces are clean, safe and employees have everything they need to do their jobMulti-tasking and project-based mindset; commitment to quality and proven follow through skillsThrive working in a fast paced, evolving environment Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skills (verbal and written)Self-starter and results driven: works with a sense of urgency and handles self with minimal supervisionDemonstrates proactive attitude; , "no job is too small" to take on Establishes strong relationships and collaborates across all levels of the businessWillingness to work some late night events and some weekends

  In-office roles require all role responsibilities to be performed in the office. Candidates must be based within a 50-mile commuting distance of the San Francisco office location.

  Compensation:

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $28.84 - $43.27 hourly. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific hourly range for the job location during the hiring process. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 12 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
