　　About the Team

　　We're seeking an exceptional Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance team. This role will be a significant contributor to the accounting and reconciliation of our Treasury and Adjacent Services operations.

　　Role Responsibilities:

　　Prepare journal entries for our Treasury and Adjacent Services operations in NetSuiteReconcile property settlement statements to cash paid or receivedInvestigate and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with title agenciesPrepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations, supporting schedules and fluctuation analysesPrepare journal entries for cash transactions and reconcile cash to bank statementsAssist with Opendoor's financial statement preparation and financial statement audit Identify and implement process improvements through automation to support the company's growing business operations

　　Skills Needed:

　　Degree in Accounting or Finance2+ years of accounting experienceProficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skillsDesire to work in a fast growing, exciting and agile businessExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a collaborative environment, including with teammates in other locationsStrong communication skillsAbility to meet deadlines, independently manage time and is self-motivated
