We focus on areas such as film, sports, gaming, and more, aiming to serve copyright holders, entertainment distributors, content creators, TikTok users, and the platform itself. 　　Responsibilities:

　　- Lead and develop a team of 5-15 frontend engineers within OGC for entertainment.

　　- Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to jointly facilitate product iterations.

　　- Develop long-term technical/business goals and break them down into executable roadmaps.

　　- Promote close collaboration among cross-functional teams, balance pros and cons, ensure project delivery.

　　- Guide technical solution design, aid in team members' growth, and accumulate technical expertise.

　　Qualifications

　　- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

　　- Over 7 years of frontend engineering experience, proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS, familiar with an MVX framework (React/Vue/Angular), knowledgeable in frontend engineering, familiar with at least one state management framework, and possess performance optimization capabilities.

　　- Experience leading engineering teams, including recruitment, termination, and performance management.

　　Preferred qualifications for candidates with:

　　- Experience in frontend work for large-scale websites or full-stack development.

　　- Agile mindset, quick learner, highly self-driven, and a strong sense of product ownership.

　　- High coding standards, passionate about elegant architecture design.

　　- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, able to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse, globally distributed team environment.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $224000 - $410000 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
