This role works in close collaboration with the Communications, consumer marketing and Brand Strategy & Innovation teams.• Partner with key functional areas to define Mastercard Strategic Growth positioning to expand the Mastercard brand across the key attributes of Inclusion, Innovation & Trust. • Define a Strategic Growth marketing strategy in line with business objectives and brand aspirations.• Create and execute a marketing plan to drive awareness, internal and external, engagement, relevance and, where appropriate, sales leads for all counterparts and customers of Mastercard Strategic Growth.• In collaboration with Communications, define, execute and measure the impact of a company-wide Thought Leadership agenda aligned to advance brand attributes and lead generation efforts• Provide people leadership, management and support to team members to achieve marketing/business objectives and in their personal professional development• Oversee resourcing and budgets to deliver cost avoidance and cost efficiency• Manage team performance, recruitment and growth• Manage executive stakeholders It’s All About You• Bachelor’s degree; MBA strongly preferred• Proven track record of delivering winning marketing strategies• Strong business acumen with experience in the payments/technology sector or management consulting• Strategic marketer, able to align marketing with overall business objectives, and lead strategic growth marketing efforts to deliver measurable business results• Capable manager of people who can shape and nurture the careers of reports• High impact, consultative and collaborative team player with the intellectual curiosity to deeply understand customer and end user needs, synthesize complex solutions, conceptualize creative ideas and lead purposefully through ambiguity• Motivated self-driver, able to manage complex/multi-geography projects, detail-oriented, with a discipline for priority-setting and follow-through• Superior communicator (with strong conversational, presentation and written skills); competently confident with senior management and able to partner and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority• Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, innovation and rapid learning on new competitors, technologies, products and ways of marketingPDN-9b1c54a8-73fe-4ac4-8853-47ed658d0304"
