We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President, Head of Early Careers Talent Acquisition and Program Management for Operations & Technology - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Senior Vice President, Recruiting Group Manager - C14) based in India. This is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of an early career team to drive the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the campus recruitment and program management process in coordination with the business and Human Resources team.
This role will have oversight for recruiting and program management for Operations & Technology globally. The overall objective of this role is to develop, implement and provide campus recruiting activities in support of the business strategy.

In this role, you’re expected to:
Manage a team of professionals and serve as technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a proven track record of transformational leadership.
Manage a team of Recruiters and Program Managers that support the Operations & Technology Programs globally.
Develop strategic partnerships with key universities.
Develop scaled campus outreach and hiring strategies to identify, assess and hire the best diverse early careers talent.
Develop detailed campus strategies to meet business needs for early careers talent.
Serve as primary point of contact with senior business leaders and Human Resources (HR) partners, such as HR Advisors and Compensation.
Manage sensitive and confidential matters, resolve complex issues via influence, and work directly with business leaders.
Engage candidates from other regions, maintain knowledge of issues relating to international relocation and expatriate process, and lead mobility efforts across regions.
Utilize social media to build upon established network of function/business areas as well as introduce talent to managers for future hiring needs.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience with people management
Demonstrated core recruiting and leadership skills
Demonstrated identification and assessment skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
