We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate Attorney in Bala Cynwyd, in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role primarily involves representing clients in personal injury cases, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and engaging in trial preparations. The position is within the legal industry and will be based in a dynamic and fast-paced law firm.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle and premises liability claims.

• Engage in legal research and preparation of memoranda.

• Handle federal claims and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

• Prepare and file various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

• Participate in trial preparation activities, including the preparation of witnesses and exhibits.

• Attend and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials as necessary.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the legal process.

• Utilize skills such as Depositions, Draft Pleadings, Legal Pleadings, Preparing Pleadings, Jury Trials, Court Hearings, Personal Injury Law, Personal Injury Litigation, Premises Liability, Courts - Federal, Federal Court, Motions, Legal Research, Licensed Attorney, Bar Admission to perform duties effectively.

Requirements

• Must possess skills in Litigation - Plaintiff

• Proficiency in Personal Injury Plaintiffs is required

• Experience in Depositions is essential

• The role requires the ability to Draft Pleadings

• Expertise in Legal Pleadings and Pleadings is necessary

• Proficiency in Preparing Pleadings is a must

• Familiarity with Jury Trials and Court Hearings is desirable

• Knowledge of Personal Injury Law and Personal Injury Litigation is required

• Expertise in Premises Liability is beneficial

• Experience with Courts - Federal and Federal Court is necessary

• The ability to handle Motions is important

• Strong Legal Research skills are essential

• Must be a Licensed Attorney

• Bar Admission is mandatory for this role
