Shape the future of Selling Central's Large Language Model (LLM)-powered support solution and search functionality by joining the Selling Partner UX team! In this role you will work with a team of designers that own the search, support, and communications experiences on Seller Central, the tool third party Sellers use to run their business on Amazon. You will own the creation of a taxonomy in a large, complex space to inform search, navigation and writing standards for over 30 designers.In this role, you will closely partner with designers for two key projects: First, on the design of an LLM-powered conversational experience to provide immediate self-service solutions to our customers. Second, you will dive into a redesign of the case management system we use to provide human-assisted support to provide its users with a more straightforward, intelligent experience.We are looking for an effective leader that can develop relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams, learn about the complexities of their spaces, help us design more effective experiences and scale themselves by establishing standards and mechanisms.Key job responsibilitiesYou must form connections with key stakeholders and learn about our end-to-end customer experience. Armed with this knowledge, you will partner with UX Designers and Researchers on key strategic design projects from the very beginning through launch by understanding the concept space, ensuring consistent and clear language, and conducting research to ensure we are using the right words. You will also own creation of communication standards for the broader org and a taxonomy of selling concepts, again driven by your deep analysis of the end-to-end experience and testing. Even after creating these resources you will drive adoption and continue to update them in light of new information.In addition, as part of scaling your impact you will have regular office hours to help improve our writing and participate in Amazon's UX Writer community.A day in the lifeYou will work with a variety of internal stakeholders including UX Designers and UX Researchers from the immediate team, and Product Managers from the support team and beyond.
