Senior UTSW Technician

　　Aegeus is looking for an experienced Level II UTSW (surface) Technician. Familiarity with weld inspection (UTSW) on bridges and structural welds. Mix of both field and shop work. With drive to obtain UT Level III

　　Must be a US Citizen

　　The main duties include:

　　Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and job sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.

　　Inspect and interpret readings as required in real time, to determine areas of interest. Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications Set-up and calibrate all equipment used, interpret, evaluate, and document results through formal reportsCompany Perks

　　Target pay range is $30-$35/hr for Technicians with a UTSW certification. If candidates have additional NDT certifications, they may be eligible for a higher pay rate.

　　Education and Work ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical Background in NDT methods and techniques preferredMinimum of 3+ years of NDT experience with full documentation of prior training, experience and certification is requiredEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
