Our Northwest Business Unit is seeking a Program Analyst to contribute on a high-impact payroll transformation for a large-scale implementation. This position is located in either our Onshore Delivery Center in Knoxville, TN or Lafayette, LA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

How you'll make an impact

Work with functional leads and client stakeholders to analyze requirements and business processes

Write user stories

Configure ERP modules to meet business requirements and rules

Support functional testing and assist with defect analysis

What you'll bring

Bachelor’s degree

A minimum of 2 years performing configuration and testing of an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or Workday, or similar enterprise business application

Experience with requirements management software, such as IBM DOORs, JIRA, or AzureDevOps

A strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Desired Qualifications/Non-Essential Skills:

Experience performing application configuration of business applications in an agile setting

Working knowledge of payroll, timekeeping, employee benefits, or basic human resources business processes

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,700 - $109,700."
