　　Underwrite various lines of business\' such as Dealer\'s open lot,Garage, Garage Keepers Legal Liability, Property and many morecoverages related to automotive dealerships.Manage a territory and be responsible for the P&L of an existingbook of business.Engage with agency plant and develop new relationships to profitablygrow the book.Act as a knowledgeable resource in the product line, both inside andoutside the officeTake a leadership role in various underwriting review meetings andgeneral file consultation.The ability to review and document accounts based on programauthority. Engage carrier program manager to gain authority forunderwriting exceptions.Assess exposure and determine appropriate rates, terms, andconditions to match with Insured\'s needs and in accordance withguidelines.Negotiate terms and conditions with brokers, bind coverage andinitiate issuance of documents.What you need to have:

　　College degree preferred.P&C License required or ability to obtain within six months ofhiring. Additional certification helpful (CPCU, ARM, etc.).At least 5 years of industry-related experience required.Strong analytical aptitude and critical thinking as demonstratedthrough work assignments.Requires in-depth technical expertise and high level of ability tocommunicate (verbally and in writing) for both administrative andtechnical matters.Knowledge of Power BI and Excel is helpful.What makes you stand out?
