What you'll do The Senior (Sr.) Treasury Analyst will support the daily treasury and cash operational needs within the Bassett Healthcare Network under the general supervision of the Director of Treasury Operations and Cash Management, by reporting, processing and recording the cash activities. The Sr. Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting banking relationships, service requests and problem resolution, compliance, fraud mitigation, bank portal, corporate card and merchant processing administration, cash general ledger activity, financial reporting, monthly and yearly financial closing process and contribute to audit. As a Sr. Treasury Analyst, you will perform a variety of treasury and accounting duties related to reporting, with the use of a variety of cash management tools, while maintaining the highest controls and fraud protection. Daily Cash Process Compiles daily cash reports and assists with preparation of monthly reporting deliverables Maintains spreadsheets and tools that are easily accessible to access financial data Demonstrated good organization skills Provides data for monthly journal entries relating to cash management activity Responsible for assisting Cashier areas on proper GL Coding for wires, ACH payments and non- patient system checks Ensure that all unreconciled cash transactions are coded within the accounting system Monitoring cash transactions, investigating any anomalies, and maintaining account balances Assist in the full life cycle of bank account maintenance; opening, maintain services, closing Serve as administrator for bank platforms. Management of user access, entitlements and authorizations Assist with periodic review of account services, user access levels and suggest modifications as appropriate Coordinate wire and internal transfer requests to meet funding requirements under a dual authorization structure Facilitate risk management, positive pay and review/decision fraud activities Support strong financial controls, compliance and audits Performs other duties as requested by manager or leadership What we need from you Education: 4 year/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field, required Experience: Minimum 5 years hospital experience performing accounting and/or financial analysis, required Minimum 5 years experience with bank portals and/or cash management solutions, preferred Skills: Analysis & Evaluation Communication Computer Skills Data Management Organizing/Categorizing records Physical Requirements: Sedentary work: exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects Occasional: lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, standing, stooping, walking Frequent: typing/clerical/dexterity, grasping, hearing, repetitive motion, seeing/monitor, computer use, talking Travel: Occasional: travel – the job may require travel from time-to-time, but not on a regular basis Total Rewards Bassett Healthcare Network’s commitment to our employees includes benefit programs carefully designed with the needs and values of all our employees in mind. This position is eligible for a sign on bonus up to: USD $10,000.00 Pay Range Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. Pay Range Minimum: USD $73,483.56/Yr. Pay Range Maximum: USD $110,225.34/Yr.
