　　Step into Your New Role

　　Kleinfelder is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Transmission/Distribution Engineering Project Manager to join our southeast engineering team. With expanding opportunities in the region and a variety of clients, the ideal candidate will join our high achieving, fast-paced team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team are valued attributes for this position. The project work will be multi-disciplinary in nature, but experience in utility pipeline and/or electric transmission is especially relevant.

　　This is a hybrid office role and can be in Atlanta, Jacksonville, Orlando, or Tampa.

　　Key responsibilities include:Ability to target and generate new opportunitiesManaging project execution including proposal development, project organization, subcontractor management, scheduling, financial management, health and safety stewardship, and delivery qualityOverseeing pursuits, designate the appropriate resources to projects, define client needs, address client concerns and suggest solutions to solve project challengesLeading technical, cost, and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams and driving customer valueFollows and adheres to all federal and state regulations, client requirements and contracts, and company policies and proceduresSupporting the achievement of professional staffs career goals

　　Education/Certification:Required , Bachelor of Science Degree in EngineeringRequired, Professional Engineer (PE)

　　Skills and Experience:Experience in leading multi-disciplinary design, permitting and construction as a consultantWorking understanding of transmission and/or distribution standards and industry accepted practicesAbility to actively develop and maintain client relationshipsExperience in the planning, design, engineering, and construction of Natural Gas or Hazardous Liquids systems or Electrical systemsUnderstanding of financial management of projects12 years of related experience, including 6 years of project management experience
