　　What you’ll do:

　　Engineering of tasks in R&D projects for Oil and Dry Type Transformers,

　　Drives for product cost-out activities through appropriate design actions on Transformers,

　　Provides expertise (Acts as an expert) for products, technology and regulations and carries knowledge for functional and operational business,

　　Provides interface and support to all relevant functions in PLS (e.g. Manufacturing Engineering, Tool Shop, Product Management, Sales Support, Logistics, SCM, Quality department, Manufacturing, Controlling, …),

　　Ensures and drives all necessary product improvement and product testing for maintaining product certifications,

　　Collaborates with Product Management, Post-Order Management for product improvement business cases,

　　Works on standardizing schematics and supports R&D / manufacturing engineering in New product development or VAVE (Value Added/Value Engineering) projects,

　　Document all activities, data and information in line with procedures

　　Guiding of Type Testings

　　Checking on design Integrity

　　Qualifications:

　　Mechanical Engineering at BSc level,

　　Minimum of 5 years' experience in Oil and Dry Type Transformers.

　　Skills:

　　International standards of IEC, IEEE, ANSI,

　　Experience in testing of transformers,

　　Experience in transformer design,

　　Ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels in and outside the organization,

　　Fluent in English and Turkish

　　Stay abreast of technology trends,

　　Experience in CAD systems,

　　Capability to drive innovative solutions for relevant products,
