  Job Description:

  As a Senior Technician with the Regional Program, you will be responsible for engineering duties in a variety of field and office engineering specialties, in order to fulfill the construction oversite needs, as well as plan development of the Regional Program. Supervision is exercised over subordinate technical personnel performing complex tasks.

  To be minimally qualified for this position candidates must provide evidence of the following experience:

  Eight (8) years of experience in engineering -OR- a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical field and four (4) years of engineering experience -OR- an Associate Degree in Engineering or a related technical field and six (6) years of experience in engineering.

  Retirement Plan – The State of Maine contributes 13.41% for MSEA positions and18.21% for Confidentialpositions, of employee’s pay to the Maine Public Employees Retirement System (MainePERS), on behalf of the employee.

  Gym Membership Reimbursement – Improve overall health with regular exercise and receive up to $40 per month to offset this expense.

  Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts – Set aside money pre-tax to help pay for out-of-pocket health care expenses and/or daycare expenses.
