Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, and providing excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations, and exceptional attention to detail.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Process employee payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

　　Maintain and update employee payroll records, including changes in salaries, benefits, and tax withholding information.

　　Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.

　　Reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

　　Prepare and distribute payroll reports, such as earnings statements, tax forms, and year-end summaries.

　　Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related transactions.

　　Assist in preparing payroll-related documents for audits and provide necessary support during audit processes.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).

　　Previous experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.

　　In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations.

　　Proficiency in using ADP Payroll and Microsoft Office Suite.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

　　Strong organizational and time management skills.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
